Brad is an electrical engineer who has served in industrial environments for over 21 years.

His extensive experience lies in the fields of automated manufacturing, tier-1 automotive engineering, material handling, automated machine control design, hydro power generation OEM controls design, AGV’s, and engineering consulting for power generation.

Pearson specializes in electrical industrial construction project management, automated controls and PLC programming, industrial engineering and maintenance supervision, process improvement methodologies, including Six-Sigma, Kaizen etc., and ETAP power system analysis, including breaker settings and coordination studies.
